Pre-contract information form

The natural or legal person who buys an Efespay subscription on efespay.com and declares, at the payment step, their full name or business name, Turkish ID or tax number, address, email and phone as billing details. These details appear in the order summary and on the receipt.

Efespay is a subscription-based software service, offered on the web and through the mobile app, that lets businesses manage their payment connections and collection operations in one dashboard. There is no physical delivery.

• Plans differ by team member and monthly Efespay Assistant message limits. The current limits are shown in the dashboard and at the payment step.
• The subscription is chosen monthly or yearly; plans without a listed price are sold by quote.

• Prices are published in Turkish lira, excluding VAT; the VAT amount and the total including taxes are shown separately at the payment step.
• The price shown at the time of the order applies to the paid period.

• Payment is taken in advance at the start of the period, by credit or debit card, through the iyzico payment infrastructure. Stripe may be used if the foreign card option is on.
• Unless the subscription is canceled, the fee for each new period is charged automatically to the saved card.
• Card details never reach Efespay; they are entered on the payment institution's secure page.

Once the payment is confirmed, the chosen plan is activated on the business's account immediately. If you pay during the free 30-day trial, the subscription starts at the time of payment.

• The subscription is valid for the chosen period (one month or one year) and renews with the same plan unless canceled.
• The business owner can cancel the subscription at any time in the plan settings in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the service stays available until then and no new payment is taken.
• No refund is given for a used or started period.
• When you change plans, the new plan starts a new period as soon as the payment is approved; no cash refund is given for the unused days of the previous plan.
• When the subscription ends, records aren't deleted; the dashboard becomes read-only.

The service is performed instantly in electronic form once the payment is confirmed. Under Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/1-(ğ), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form, and under art. 15/1-(h), for services whose performance begins with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires. At the payment step, the buyer approves that performance begins immediately.

You can send your complaints to info@efespay.com. Buyers who are consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits set each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and to consumer courts for disputes above these limits.

At the payment step, the buyer approves electronically that they have read this form and received this information before the distance sales agreement is concluded.
