Cancellation and refund policy

• The business owner can cancel the subscription at any time in the plan settings in the dashboard.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. All features stay available until then and no new payment is taken.

Your records aren't deleted. The dashboard becomes read-only; you can still view your records. When you choose a plan again, everything continues where you left off.

• No refund is given for a used or started period. No partial refund is given for the remaining months of a yearly plan.
• The 30-day trial is free and doesn't ask for a card; since no payment is taken for the trial, there is nothing to refund.
• If more than one charge is made for the same period because of a technical error, the excess is refunded to the card used for the payment.

Since the service is performed instantly, there is no right of withdrawal; details are in the pre-contract information form.

When you upgrade or change your plan, the new plan starts a new period as soon as the payment is approved and the new plan's period fee is charged. No cash refund is given for the unused days of the previous plan; the number of unused days is recorded as an informational note.

Payments your customers make to your business take place on the infrastructure of the bank or payment institution you connect. Refunds of these payments are made through the provider that collected the original payment, under the agreement between you and that provider.
