Success, measured correctly.

Success per order and success per attempt are measured separately; one does not hide the other.

  • Two success rates

Orders the customer managed to pay and attempts the provider approved, kept apart.

  • Technical failures apart

Provider-side failures are counted separately from card declines.

  • Breakdowns

Provider, connection, bank, card programme, card network, card type, channel, instalments, failure reason.

  • Export

Payments and refunds as Excel or CSV; periods of up to 366 days.

Frequently asked questions

Does Efespay match provider statements automatically?

Not yet. Today you can export payments and refunds and match them to your provider statement. Automatic reconciliation is on the roadmap.

Where does the cost in reports come from?

From the cost rates you enter for your connections (by instalment and card programme). The actual deduction is the amount on your provider's statement; you need to keep the rates up to date.

Who can see reports?

Team members with report permission: the business owner, finance and roles you grant. Permissions are managed in team settings.
